Arthur Brigham
Arthur Brigham’s experience in teaching English in Japan spans elementary school children to doctors. He currently teaches at Ritsumeikan University, and has taught at various universities in the Kyoto area since arriving in Japan in 1999. While studying for his master’s degree in Linguistics, his emphasis was on methods of teaching children to read English, which led him to create his own system. Arthur’s successful use of color in teaching his young students to read English has inspired him to develop OpenWayEnglish for the public.
